Refresh Blend

This blend is packed with stimulating ingredients like peppermint, which has been shown to improve concentration and combat headaches; spearmint, which works on stress and fatigue; and ginger for better gut and brain health. A blend of green tea with dried lemon, dried sweet orange peel, dried strawberries, and of course lavender, this one is great hot or cold. Makes a wonderful sun tea in the summer.
