Refresh Blend
Need a little pick me up after lunch? Try a cup of Refresh Tea! Delicious either hot or cold, this blend is packed with stimulating ingredients. Peppermint has been shown to improve concentration and combat headaches. Spearmint works on stress and fatigue, and lavender adds a wonderful floral note. This is the perfect beverage to fight off that mid-day slump!
Ingredients: White Tea, Green Tea, Lavender Buds, Spearmint Leaves, Peppermint Leaves, and Ginger Chips
Relieve Blend
This blend of raspberry tea, lavender, and black tea with touches of cinnamon, sweet orange, and rose is designed to aid digestion and relieve cramps, nausea, and tummy troubles. Raspberry leaves are also an excellent source of vitamins C and E.

This one is great hot or cold. It makes a wonderful sun tea in the summer. Lots of vitamin C!
Ingredients: Raspberry leaf tea, Earl Gray tea, lavender buds, lemon peel, dried strawberries, sweet orange peel
